kindly ask you to carefully review our comprehensive refund policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refund requests, and associated
timelines to ensure that you are fully informed about your options. Your understanding of these details is crucial to ensure a smooth experience throughout your event

No Refunds Policy:
All registrations for endurance events (marathons, boot camps, running, cycling, and related activities) are non-refundable. Once a slot is purchased, it is final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Non-Transferable Slots:
Event registration slots are non-transferable. Registrations cannot be reassigned, transferred, or sold to another participant. - Event Postponement or Cancellation:
In the event of postponement or rescheduling, the event organizer will communicate the next steps through official channels or via email. No refunds will be issued for event postponements or rescheduling. Participants will receive information regarding revised event dates or other pertinent updates. In the rare instance of event cancellation, announcements regarding compensation or alternative solutions will be made at the event organizer’s discretion. - Payment Disputes:
For issues related to payment (such as duplicate transactions or errors), contact our support team at contact@saidpurrunners.run within 2 days of your transaction. Each case will be reviewed individually, and resolutions will depend on the specific circumstances. - Merchandise Refund:
Refund requests for merchandise must be submitted within 2-7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a refund, contact our support team at contact@saidpurrunners.run with your order details. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. - Acceptance of Terms:
By completing your registration and making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this refund policy.
